What counts as a prompt?
A conversational question we run against each model or surface. We sample each prompt several times a day for stable, probability-based metrics.
Which engines do you cover?
Model-level via OpenRouter (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama and more), plus chat surfaces like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount versus paying monthly. The price shown on the annual toggle is the effective monthly rate.
What happens when I upgrade or downgrade?
Changing plans on an active subscription is handled through the Stripe customer portal, with any difference prorated. Your access updates immediately.
Do you offer trials?
The free teaser shows your real visibility before you pay. When trials are enabled, paid plans start with a 14-day trial at checkout.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — manage or cancel from the customer portal. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
